Graduated from TKMCE in 1987 (Civil). Post Graduation from KREC, Surathkal - M.Tech (Structural Engineering) in 1990. Worked as Lecturer in Civil Engineering-PSNA College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul (1990-92). Joined TKMCE Kollam as Lecturer in Civil Engineering, on 2nd November 1992. Present position - Selection Grade Lecturer. Co-authored a book titled "DESIGN OF STEEL STRUCTURES". Principal investigator to AICTE funding research project on "STUDIES ON CHEMICAL DURABILITY AND VOLUME STABILITY OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE CONCRETE INCORPORATING DIFFERENT SUPPLEMENTARY CEMENTING MATERIALS" (Project duration 2years; 2007-09). Papers presented (Co-author) to five National seminars and three International seminars. Research Interests: Concrete Technology, Concrete Durability, High-performance concrete, supplementary cementing materials... Organising Secretary for The Second National Seminar on "Focusing on Advances in Civil Engineering (FACE 08)" held During 21-23 FEB 2008 at College Campus.

Passed from TKMCE in 1970 with First Rank in Mechanical Engg., in the University of Kerala. Joined TKMCE as Lecturer in 1970 itself.Took M.Tech. from IIT,Madras in1979. Occupied various positions - Asst.Professor,Professor, Head of Department and Principal at TKMCE. Retired in February 2005. After Retirement worked as Principal,BMC College of Engg.,Sasthamkotta for 1 Year .
